We were recommend to Josh from our neighbors who had used him previously. From our initial meeting we were quite impressed with Josh's thoroughness and knowledge of both our house, neighborhood and process of sell. He did a full walk through of our home, taking notes and pointing our items we should fix before listing, even giving us a recommended budget for correcting each items. During our initial consultation he gave us a current "list price" of our house, showed us comparable homes in our neighborhood and price point, and what we could expect to list for once updating a few items. We greatly appreciated that because it took all unnecessary stress off of us as he already had a plan to counteract it. Additionally, we used Josh in the purchase of a new build. He was present for all of our document signings and home walk throughs. His knowledge about the building process and builder's contracts were greatly appreciated as we had no prior knowledge of it. Any time we had a question or concerns about our new house we could always ask Josh and he would contact the builders directly for us.
